Yoga Mix: Discover yourself through yoga as we explore
various styles based on participant input! We'll tailor the class each week to
meet your needs using Hatha, Vinyasa and/or Ashtanga Yoga, and focus on
breathing, relaxation, strength and flexibility. Participants should feel
comfortable working on the mat and in standing position (with or without the use
of a chair or wall for balance). Beginner/Intermediate levels.
Therapeutic & Beginner Yoga:
Find flexibility, mental focus and inner strength in this modified yoga
class. In a very relaxed environment, we use yoga to help individuals recover
from injuries and surgical procedures, prepare for the birthing process during
pregnancy, and learn to cope with chronic pains and illnesses. This class is
also a perfect introduction for those new to the practice of Yoga. Suitable for
beginner Yogis through advanced, we provide supervision and modifications to
meet the different needs of every individual in class. All levels welcome.
Mixed Pilates:
Strengthen your core muscles and tone up all over in this mat Pilates
class. Open to beginners and Pilates veterans, this class offers a variety of
levels and modifications so you can work at your own pace and ability.
Beginner/Intermediate levels.
Cardio Kickboxing: This class packs a punch! Using moves
inspired from boxing, this class incorporates punches, kicks and athletic
conditioning to give you a full-body workout. Complete with resistance training
and core work, cardio kickboxing will help you jump start your workout routine.
Beginner/Intermediate levels.
Strength Training: Get ready to build some muscle in this
non-cardio class. Inspired by the weight room, we'll focus on weight-resistance
exercises to strengthen and tone muscles in the whole body. With fun props
including balls, jump ropes, resistance bands, free weights and more, you'll be
all pumped up in no time. Beginner/Intermediate levels.
Fat Burn Blend (Cardio, Yoga, Pilates & Strength): Get out
of your workout rut with this combination class that YOU design! We'll alternate
between cardio and aerobic exercises and strength, Pilates or Yoga segments to
take your heart rate up and down - increasing your fitness level while BURNING
MORE CALORIES! The strength training, Pilates and Yoga focus on arms, legs and
abdominal muscles - to increase strength and flexibility. The cardio segments
alternate between floor aerobics, kickboxing, step, sports drills and more -
based on participant input! Perfect for ALL levels of fitness.
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced levels.
Step & Strength Intervals: Step it up and get strong in
this step aerobics/strength combination class! We'll alternate between step
aerobics and strength segments to take your heart rate up and down - increasing
your fitness and BURNING MORE CALORIES! The strength training exercises focus on
arms, legs and abdominal muscles - using hand weights, resistance bands and
fitness balls. The step segments will use a mixture of BASIC steps and repeaters
to burn fat! Perfect for ALL levels of fitness. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
levels.
Fitness Basics: Beginner & Beyond: Get fit, have fun and
stay grounded in this class where one foot will always be in contact with the
floor. Complete with cardio and strength training work, you are able to workout
at the level of intensity and impact that feels right for you! With plenty of
modifications for low, moderate and high impact and intensity, you'll fit right
in! Perfect for individuals new to exercise, or those with joint, back or knee
problems. Beginner/Intermediate levels.
